I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do? Most of the time, this happens because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice with tracking information. Please make sure to always check your spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email. If you believe you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at info@aeloriana.com and we will fix it for you.

What are your payment options? We accept all major credit cards and our checkout system is 100% secure. You can shop with confidence.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping with tracking is completely free on all orders! We also offer a premium Shipping+ ($3.95) option in the cart. If you select Shipping+, your order will be shipped as a priority and is fully protected from being lost or damaged in transit.

How can I track my order? A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

When can I expect to receive my shipment? All orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders typically take 8-12 business days from when they were placed to be delivered, depending on where you are located.

Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we exclusively ship orders within the United States.

Do you offer free delivery / shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout—no code required!

How can I cancel an order? You can request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After this 1-hour window, our system processes the order, which means you will have to wait to receive the package and return it to get your money back.

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives? For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at info@aeloriana.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof; a picture of the incorrect items will suffice (max 1MB image size). We will be more than happy to reship the correct items at no extra cost, and we will not ask you to return the item that was wrongly sent! You may keep it as a gift from us.

What can I do if my package gets lost? Please contact our Customer Care department at info@aeloriana.com to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we contact the courier company to confirm the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items. (Note: We highly recommend selecting our Shipping+ option at checkout for guaranteed priority protection against lost or damaged packages).

How can I change my shipping address? A change of address is allowed no later than 2 hours after placing an order. You can contact us at info@aeloriana.com to update your information.

Do you offer free samples? We do not offer free samples at this time.

Is my personal information kept private? Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent, or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
